MAVEX
THE MONEY

The books were right before you woke up

You’re not an accountant, and Mavex Travel won’t ask you to become one. It keeps a real, audited set of books, posted from the trips you’re already running, correct every minute. You never open a journal. Here’s why you can trust the number.

THE ACTUAL SOFTWARE · RECEIVABLES

Nobody typed any of this in.

Who owes you, how overdue, this month’s revenue, cost of sales, margin by trip. Every figure here was posted by something that actually happened: a voucher issued, a deposit taken, a trip completed. No bookkeeper re-keying invoices at month-end, no spreadsheet to square. The books keep themselves while you sell.

IT ALREADY KNOWS HOW TRAVEL MONEY BEHAVES

Deposits aren’t revenue. Mavex Travel knew that before you asked.

A deposit taken four months before departure isn’t income yet, so Mavex Travel holds it as deferred until the traveller actually flies. VAT is recognised at journey completion, not at booking. Supplier costs in yen, euros and dirhams settle back to your base currency on their own. The rules that trip up generic accounting are simply how Mavex Travel thinks.

Deferred until they flyDeposits sit as a liability, then become revenue at journey completion.
VAT at the right momentRecognised on completion, not on booking: the way travel is actually taxed.
Multi-currency, settledSupplier costs in any currency translate back to your base rate on their own.
EVERY NUMBER HAS A STORY

Tap any figure and see the trip behind it.

A margin, a balance, an overdue total: touch it and Mavex Travel walks you back to the exact bookings, payments and supplier costs that produced it. Nothing is a black box; every number can show its receipts. So when your accountant, or a tax auditor, asks ‘where did this come from?’, the answer is one tap away, not one weekend away.

Debits meet credits, always

Every number in Mavex Travel is a receipt of something that really happened. That’s the whole trick, and why your books can’t quietly drift.

Stop dreading the money side.
